Patient Journey

Your first visit includes history, focused exam and nasal endoscopy or otoscopy as needed. Many patients complete audiology on the same day. If surgery is advised, our coordinators handle cashless authorisations and schedule convenient OT slots.

On admission, you receive clear pre-op instructions and recovery expectations. Most endoscopic procedures are day-care with early mobilisation and diet advancement. After discharge, we schedule check-ins for debridement or therapy and provide red-flag guidance with WhatsApp support.
